LUCKY TREE - Our Story

Lucky Tree was started over 20 years ago by its original owner to service retail stores, bargain stores, tourist gift shops, gift shops, childcare, schools and marketeers. Lucky Tree has concentrated on good value product to enable the retailer to make a profit. As new owners of Lucky Tree our family business saw an opportunity to service small business with products to sell. We also liked the wooden toy products as we can see that parents and grandparents like to buy a product which not only lasts but can be used by more than one child. As time moves we have come to realize the importance of supplying everyday toys that sell everyday. Product that is recognizable to every child but is different to the Big box stores so smaller business can compete.

LUCKY TREE - Return policy

Lucky Tree handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 7 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of Lucky Tree.
