In 1995, Botany Essentials Pty Ltd conducted extensive research to source premium-grade essential oils from throughout the world. In 1997, the company commenced trading on a global scale, with a focus to export, manufacture and promote quality, premium-grade, essential oils and natural skin care body products. Botany Essentials Pty Ltd certifications internationally include ISO 9001:2015, GMP 22716. Manufacturing over 600 skin and body care products our brands include, Botany Naturals TM, Botany AromatherapyTM, DNA SerumTM and Pure SouthTM. Products include a wide range of skin and personal care products, cosmetics, specialty serums, pure essential oils, aromatherapy, hair and baby care, massage oils, and a wide range of toiletries. Botany Essentials Pty Ltd manufacturers over 250 private label brands for Australian and international companies. Export markets include, Asia, China, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, United States of America, Canada, United Kingdom, the Middle East, Europe, Russia and New Zealand.

BOTANY ESSENTIALS - Return policy

The Customer shall inspect the Goods immediately on delivery and within 3 days of delivery give notice to Botany Essentials Pty Ltd via TradeSquare's messaging system of any defect or allegation that the Goods are not in accordance with the order. If the customer fails to give such notice within that time, the goods shall be deemed to be in all respects in accordance with the order. Every care is used in the packing, but, unless otherwise agreed, no responsibility is taken for loss or damage in transit or after the receipt of goods. Botany Essentials Pty Ltd is under no obligation to accept goods returned by the Purchaser, without limiting the Purchaser’s rights at general law or under statute. Goods may not be returned unless the goods are physically defective at the time of receipt of goods. Claims for return of goods for faulty Goods must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods. The original invoice number, item, date and description of goods should be provided when making a claim and all Goods returned shall be in their original containers and should not be soiled, obsolete or damaged as such Goods will be rejected and payment remains due. Any costs incurred in the return of Goods are solely the responsibility of the Purchaser.
