CAYE LIFE - Our Story

We’re inspired by the pristine islands of the world and offer a range of functional and sustainable everyday products that encourage us to reuse and reduce our impact on the earth. Stylishly designed, all our products are crafted with premium stainless steel and come in a range of beautiful matte colours. The inspiration for Caye Life came after founder Sarah spent time travelling in Central America and found herself face to face with the negative effects of single-use plastic. In Caye Caulker, Belize, she noticed an incredible amount of rubbish spoiling an otherwise pristine island and coastline. It was then and there she decided that she wanted to be part of a change and offer everyday reusable products that motivated people to reuse because they simply worked well and looked good! So Caye Life was born; starting with a range of insulated water bottles and expanding to reusable coffee cups; two items that can make a huge difference if used regularly. Our design ethos is keep it simple; we’re inspired by minimal design and focus on functionality. We want every sip to be a pleasure so we use premium food-grade stainless steel, our coffee cups have thin lips and combined with the double-walled insulation, drinks stay their optimum temperature and taste how they are meant to taste. The matte finish makes them nice to hold and the design means they are easy to wash. We aim to run our business as sustainably as possible; using carbon neutral shipping company Sendle to ship the majority of our deliveries and using only reusable, recyclable or compostable packing materials (see more on our Shipping page). We’ve worked hard on this and continually look at ways we can do better; including working with our manufacturer to use less packing materials.

CAYE LIFE - Return policy

If you are dissatisfied with an item, you can return it for a full refund. The item must be returned to us, at your expense, within ten days of receipt and in excellent saleable condition with all packaging material intact. If the item is damaged in transit back to us because of poor repacking, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Please contact us via TradeSquare first before returning goods. We may be able to come up with an alternative solution that will save you from having to return the item.  If you receive products damaged due to shipping, please take photos and send them to us straight away via TradeSquare so we can organise replacements.
