SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us ASAP via TradeSquare.

We will do all that we can to make it right.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS - PRIOR TO PACKAGING
We can cancel your order and issue a full refund including shipping, up until it has been packaged for delivery.

We may package your order within minutes of receiving your order, therefore please contact us immediately via TradeSquare if you need to cancel.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS - AFTER PACKAGING
After packaging, we can cancel your order and issue a refund for the purchase price, however we likely cannot refund the shipping cost.

Because we use typically use prepaid satchels, once we've sealed the satchel they can't be used again.

This applies even if you did not pay for shipping during checkout.

ORDER RETURNS - UNOPENED ITEMS
If you have an unopened item, you can return it for a refund of the purchase price, less our shipping cost (even if shipping was free).

Please contact us via TradeSquare prior to returning the item.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us ASAP via TradeSquare.

We may ask that you email us a picture of the damaged item as well as the package that it was sent in.
