Inspired Wholesale is passionate about creating high quality and truly unique gifts and homewares. One of the first Australian businesses to embrace UV printing technology we have remained an industry leader by constantly developing new product ranges. 2020 saw our expansion into a large scale factory setting. Now set up with multiple state of the art printers and lasers we are offering both pre designed gift and homewares for wholesale customers as well as contract manufacturing of exclusive ranges with low MOQs. We will be regularly adding new items and are always happy to discuss custom designs and product ranges.

INSPIRED WHOLESALE - Return policy

Inspired Wholesale handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. Damages and Returns. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately via TradeSquare if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We have a 7- day return policy for damaged or faulty goods, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/exchange will not be accepted. Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via TradeSquare. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or personalised items.
