My background is as a wholesale potter for many years selling through a distributor, but now I can take control of my lines and my creativity and it's wonderful, I also have now have a gentler and more calming form of design. Each one of my items is made with love and an obsession for the craft, most will be a one off design so lucky you will get something that no one else on the planet has. I love the feel of each stone and like snowflakes each one is an individual. It is said that each type of stone has beneficial elements to help you, I believe it is true but even if you don't the stones are gorgeous and as unique as you are. It is wonderful to wake up to the cornucopia of stones, wood and metals to play with that day and see where the wind takes me. If you see an item and would like to blend it with other stones or charms - no problem, I am happy to make bespoke pieces, names, initials, a pet name really only limited to the letters required. Every Bracelet is strung using high quality crystal elastic. In the event you piece break, and lets face even chains can break, but if that does occur I am happy to restring free of charge (postage excluded)

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via TradeSquare support. Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
