FLORA'S SOAPS AND OILS - Our Story

Flora’s Soaps and Oils is a family owned business located in South East Melbourne, Victoria. I am Passionate about making good things that are good for you and better for the planet. Flora's Soaps and Oils was born out of a love of good handmade soap and natural skincare. I have always been interested in DIY skincare. Throughout the years I have endeavoured to making my own products using natural ingredients. I fell in love with soapmaking back in mid 2017. My mother in law has been making soap for more than 20 years, and was happy to show me how. I couldn't have been more excited! I didn't start making my own soap until mid 2018 when my, then, 1 year old developed some minor skin sensitivities and I saw that as the perfect opportunity to start making my own soap. Many months of reading and researching about soapmaking and skincare products and countless batches of soap later, I finally found the right combination of ingredients. And now, I get to share my love of quality handmade skincare and soap with you.

REFUND AND RETURNS: Your satisfaction is our priority and we hope that you love our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will do our best to rectify the issue and will discuss with you a refund process minus shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If the mistake is committed by us, we will refund the whole payment (including shipping).

NOTE: We pack our product carefully with secure packing materials before they are shipped out. Unfortunately, delay of delivery, damage or loss of parcel might occur in transit. In such circumstances, we do not take responsibility for such events. Any parcels in damage or loss in transit are not for refunds, replacement or credits. However, we will do our best to help you solve this issue with Australia Post.

Please note that all the soaps being sold are made in small batches and handmade. Handmade soaps are not perfect that is why the soap you receive may look different from the photograph. Although soaps are made from the same recipe, there may be variations in colour, weight, size and appearance of the soap.

Ingredients that are mild to one person can be allergenic to another so please check with us the ingredients list before purchasing. It is best to do a patch test before using any skin care products.
