ORDER CANCELLATIONS - PRIOR TO PACKAGING We can cancel your order and issue a full refund including shipping, up until it has been packaged for delivery. We may package your order within minutes of receiving your order, therefore please contact us immediately via TradeSquare if you need to cancel. ORDER CANCELLATIONS - AFTER PACKAGING After packaging, we can cancel your order and issue a refund for the purchase price, however we likely cannot refund the shipping cost. Because we use typically use prepaid satchels, once we've sealed the satchel they can't be used again. This applies even if you did not pay for shipping during checkout. ORDER RETURNS - UNOPENED ITEMS If you have an unopened item, you can return it for a refund of the purchase price, less our shipping cost (even if shipping was free).
